You can do this online with our Request a Quote form or call 01444 238100 and ask for the Corporate Sales team. Either way, we will organise your quote quickly and efficiently.

Samples

Samples are available on 30-day approval and can be returned to our freepost address.

How do I send my artwork?

Your artwork must be supplied as a vector eps such as "Adobe Illustrator". All text within these files should be converted to outlines. PDF templates will be provided for orders including digital printed pages.

Will I receive a proof?

Following receipt of artwork, we will email you a pdf proof. A sample of your branded item will be despatched to you for approval once we have received payment.

Payment

Filofax can accept payment by credit card, cheque or BACS transfer. Payment address and account details are provided on all pro-forma invoices.

Delivery

• Delivery is charged accordingly to size of order
• Unbranded stock is delivered within 48 hours of receiving payment
• Delivery for branded items is normally 1-2 weeks after approval of artwork
• Express delivery is available however this may incur an additional delivery charge
